Studio directors may request entry fee pricing by using the Contact form or e-mailing us at starclassicdance@gmail.com.

Once a studio has registered, we will send an invoice for your total amount. Invoices can be paid via venmo @starclassicdc, credit card (+3.3% fee) or check. Final payment must be received by April 11, 2025.

The schedule will be emailed to studio directors 10 days prior to the event.

Each studio will receive a personal Google Drive invite for uploading music.

Files from audio judging will be added to the Google Drive the week following the competition.

Yes! We do not have an onsite media package. Please no flash photography and be courteous of other audience members when filming your dancer.
